Do you do twilight photos or only virtual twilight?
It’s amazing how far AI and editing techniques have come in the last few years. I can do either - of course, as a photographer first I love to shoot the real deal and give you stunning twilight photos of your amazing property! Buyers love to picture themselves sitting watching the sunset - and Arizona’s sunsets are the best!
What if I’m interested in a service you don’t have listed on your website?
Just ASK! I’ll listen to your request and let you know if it’s something I can provide. If not, maybe I can steer you to someone who can.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
My goal is when you need real estate media - I’m your first call! As such, we have open and honest conversations. If you’re not happy - I’m jumping through hoops to change that!
How long does it take to get my listing photos or media?
Generally, you will get your photos and/or videos in your in-box the next morning! Sometimes even sooner!
What if the weather is bad on the day I booked for photos?
Don’t worry! We will keep the set appointment and I will make sure any sky photos are edited to a fully sunny day at no extra charge! Or if it’s a crazy monsoon - we can reschedule if necessary.
What if I need to reschedule?
I ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, with respect to my time. I understand, things happen.
What if you get there and the property isn’t ready?
It’s up to you if you want it captured as-is, or if you would prefer to re-schedule. A rebooking fee of $50 will apply and will be billed separately. We also offer a “Item Removal” service for photos if there are minor details you need corrected (for a small fee).
I left you a message, when can I expect to hear back?
As soon as viably possible! My goal is to be your first and only call - and in order to do that I respond immediately! Even if it’s a quick text to let you know I’m on an appointment and can we schedule a call back in 30 mins?
