Pre-Appointment Checklist

Please remove all clutter from open areas being photographed. We don’t photograph inside closets or garages (other than the primary bedroom closet), so feel free to tuck things inside closets and the garage if necessary:

• Trash cans (both inside and out) 

• Toiletries 

• All pet items

• Extra Appliances

• General Clutter

• Fridge Magnets

• Paper or Mail 

• Dishes

• All Shower Items

• Laundry

• Lawn tools

• Bicycles or balls

• Garden hoses or equipment

We will do a walk through of your property when we arrive and fix small things as needed, but the property needs to be prepped as listed above prior to our arrival.  

Further expectations: 

• All lights on • Fans off • Blinds down and open

• Toilet seats down • TVs and monitors off • Staged pillows and flowers

• Garage door closed • Pets gone • Owner gone
